With through-put capacities of 30 to 50 square metres per hour and resolutions up to 720dpi at a printable width of 1.8m the DuPont Artistri 2020 opens up a wide range of opportunities.

The DuPont Artistri 2020 printer offers advanced digital printing capabilities.This includes an innovative adhesive print blanket for better fabric control and the ability to print on the widest range of fabrics including stretch fabrics.
Designed and manufactured in Japan the DuPont Artistri 2020 is designed to print onto fabric. There are many machines out in the market that can print onto some fabrics but they are not designed for the purpose which means there are quality and production problems.
· Advance Print Head Technology.
The printer includes 16 print heads on two carriages for maximum speed and flexibility. VGL will be printing using disperse dye on one carriage for polyester based fabrics and pigment inks through the second carriage for printing onto nylon, silk, cotton, viscose/rayon and linen.
· Adhesive Print Blanket
Using innovative Adhesive Print Blanket technology the DuPont Artistri 2020 printer can handle most fabric types including stretch, knits and wovens. The fabric is fed through the machine and onto an adhesive blanket that stops fabrics from distorting and allows for perfect panel matching.
· Adjustable Media Clearance
By adjusting the print head carriage height (up to 10mm) the DuPont Artistri 2020 printer can accommodate many thick fabric substrates as well as the thinnest, most delicate fabrics.
· Production Quality and Industrial Standard Fastness
DuPont has a long history with fabrics and this combined with core competency in colour and ink technologies provide printed fabrics that are robust and reliable. Formulated from the same dyes and pigments used in conventional textile printing, DuPont Artistri ink delivers brilliant colour and durability. The inks are formulated with the same base colorants used in conventional textile printing and meet industry standard performance. DuPont not only invented Nylon, Lycra and Polyester they are also a world leader in Ink Jet inks and colourants.
· Quick and Clean Ink Delivery System
The unique ink delivery system makes changeover of inks fast, clean and trouible free and minimizes waste.
· Custom Colour Combinations
DuPont Artistri lets you customize your colour configurations. Inks are available in up to 13 colours per chemistry, allowing us to maximise colour gamut and image quality on very print.

Disperse Dye which is suitable for Polyester and Nylons
Pigment Dye which is suitable for Cotton, Cotton/Poly blends, Viscose/Rayon, Linen, Nylon, Silk and Wool.
